Jared Zabransky helped lead the Boise State Broncos to a stunning upset over the Oklahoma Sooners in the Fiesta Bowl on the night of January 1st, 2007. Perhaps the most memorable moment was his deft ball handling on the two-point conversion attempt in overtime. Zabransky faked a pass on the Statue Of Liberty play and handed off to running back Ian Johnson going left for the winning points. Boise State defeated Oklahoma 43-42 in a game that will probably do more to further the cause of creating an NCAA Division I playoff than anything else that has happened in the last ten years.
