A great article bringing a realistic perspective to the actual proportions we are talking about in terms of greenhouse gases. If the atmosphere were 100 cases of 1 litre bottles of water, man-made carbon dioxide would represent only 50mL of the total. Is it really worth shutting down all of our coal plants, banning the automobile, and living in caves in the dark on the assumption this is the cause of global warming. Warming, I might add, that has not been proven to be harmful in any way at this point?

A very interesting article on the importance of water vapor as a greenhouse gas can be found here. Apparently, many studies, graphs, and literature ignore this key component of the atmosphere and its effect on global warming. Taking water vapor into account, the human impact on the amount of greenhouse gas in the atmosphere dwindles considerably, to the point that cutting our CO2 emissions entirely would have no effect on the climate.
